A Swedish multidisciplinary artist based between Stockholm and Milan. Her practice moves across painting, ceramics and textiles, shaped by an early familiarity with making and by a sustained interest in craftsmanship, tactile surfaces and subtle imperfection.

Her work explores the relationship between positive and negative space through linear and organic forms, often building quiet tension through texture, restraint and proportion. Traditional techniques are carried into a contemporary language where detail is revealed gradually, inviting closer observation rather than immediate reading.

Across both intimate and large-scale works, Rydgren approaches surface as something to be experienced as much as seen, allowing material, form and atmosphere to remain in balance
